Burton Custom Flying V Snowboard
Conquer the entire mountain from pipe to peak with the Burton Custom Flying V Snowboard. Derived from the park and pipe domination of Mason, and the backcountry shredding of Mads, the Custom Flying V Snowboard knows no boudaries. The Springloaded Flying V Rocker allows the rider to surf through powder with little effort and turn any groomer into a good ol' fashion slash-fest. Frostbite Edges extend out slightly at bindings to lock in turns on icier days, and the twin flex allows for familiar switch riding when you want to take your backcountry day into the park for some railin' and kickers. Mountains are typically big, get the board that allows you to see the whole thing; the Men's Burton Custom Flying V Snowboard charges tree runs and is at home in the air.

All around performer
I purchased the burton custom 156 and have used it up at Mt.Hood on the rail parks and in the powder. It performs excellent in both areas and is very forgiving when landing, which makes it easy when not sticking a spin or jump perfect due to the edging on the v-rocker. For my size and weight 5'9 175lbs I could have gone with a 158 but opted for the 156 (unless you plan on only doing backcountry then I would get longer board) for both park and ungroomed trails you cant go wrong with the shorter size! The binding system is easy to use and you can dial in your stance fast and easy.love it!

More of a freestyle board than all-mountain
Fun for butters and jibbing/ tricks/ small jumps; better than last year's straight up V rocker in terms of stability. As with most rocker designs it is a little unstable flat-based and chattery at high speeds which takes a bit of getting used to. Still, a good choice if you like a medium-flex fun board and do not intend to barrel down the mountain at full bore all day.
