Burton Men's Imperial Snowboard Boots

Tear through the powder like a stormtrooper in your Men's Burton Imperial Snowboard Boots. One of the big stories of this moderately stiff and responsive boot is the EST Optimized midsole, which has a lower-profile, lighter weight and reduced ramp angle, giving you improved board feel and a lower center of gravity. You won't miss out on cushioning though, thanks to the B3 gel inserts and the exquisite use of EVA foam. The Vibram EcoStep outsole is made from 30% recycled rubber and sports a Super Grip Toe, and rubber ice spikes for traction. A heat moldable Imprint 3 liner wraps your foot atop a Level 2 molded EVA footbed. The shell features S4 panels, which evenly distribute strap pressure, Speed Zone lacing, and of course Shrinkage, the reduced overall boot footprint. Feel the powder slide over your thighs, and the board beneath your feet, in the Imperial Snowboard Boots for men from Burton.

Good features for price.
I bought this boot after my BOA system locked up on some old DC boots. I am really happy with the speed lace system. I am able to get the laces very tight and much faster then turning the BOA system. We will have to see how it holds up long term. Overall, very happy with the feel of the boot. I choose because of the stiffness and features vs the price (and the positive editors reviews). However, my search was limited this year since I did not want BOA or normal laces.
