Burton - still making Great stuff!
I've been wearing Burton since the mid 90's and they still got it!! I live in summit county CO and it gets pretty cold and nasty here. But this jacket is bullet proof. It fits me true to size (L - I'm 6' 175lb). Great pockets, durable fabric and a nice fit. What more could you ask for. Oh, a Great price also! Definatley recommend!

Great boarding jacket with many pockets
After a LOT of online research, I decided to buy this jacket, even though I wasn't able to try it in person beforehand. But I'm glad I got it. Even though it's not super fancy, I immediately got compliments for it from my friends. It has a clean look that works even for everyday non-snow sport usage. I bought the green one in Size L (I usually wear L for most brands). At first, i thought it was too large, but the shoulder width is perfect. I'm a medium-sized guy, and even for me, the chest/waist area was a bit loose. But that's the style. It's not super thick, which means you can wear multiple inner layers, which is why the jacket seems so roomy. It doesn't make me look big at all. On the other hand, because it's not super thick and hugging, it means it won't keep you super warm. But I like that, because once I start boarding, I get warmed up easily, and the looseness is actually a good thing for ventilation (not to mention the zippered armpit vents). And this jacket has SO many pocket! I didn't know why one to start using for my camera, money, lip balm, keys, etc. After an hour on the slope, I discovered even more pockets. There's no tension straps for the hood, though, so I wasn't able to tighten the closure, which means when a strong gust of wind blew, my hood fell off. But most of the time, I just kept it off with only my beanie on anyway. Despite that small detail, this is a great jacket! Burton rocks!

wonderful coat
i purchased this coat for my boyfriend for christmas. he's typically a size large, but had tried this coat on in the burton store and decided he needed a medium so i would say the coat runs a bit large. he's very happy with the coat and has already received a few compliments upon wearing it out.
