Excellent customer service
The jacket is exactly what I ordered. It arrived sooner than I expected. The day after I ordered it, I received an email saying I could get 20% off anything ordered yesterday thru mid-Dec. I called customer support to see if they would credit my order 20%. I was amazed when they did and with absolutely no hassle!!!!!! EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE. The jacket is great! Great Jacket
My husband notices this jacket wherever we go, including seeing it in some movies! I purchased it for him for Christmas and I am sure he will be pleasantly surprised. This site was also great for finding what I wanted at a great price.
