Has windblocking panels, but not really a windblocking fleece
The description for this product is misleading. The fleece is not a wind-blocking material like the North Face Windwall, but the jacket has nylon panels on the body and upper back that can block wind. Unfortunately, that means arms and the lower back still get cold in windy conditions. The jacket seems well made and is priced well, but it is not what I was looking for.
