great baselayer
I was a bit skeptical about 'omni-heat' idea, but I have to say it works! Layered with a heavier fleece on top, you're good to go - I was out horseback riding in the low thirties, feeling very comfy. I purchased a short-sleeve top, for core warmth on milder days, as well.

Great Shirt
I am 5'1, 130lbs, DD cup and got the medium. I suspected it would be very form fitting and I was right. The medium fit fine - the sleeves were long but I bought a size up - and I wore it last weekend when I went mountain biking. I only wore the shirt and it regulated my body temp great -- not too hot or cold at any time. Definitely would recommend!
