Columbia Women's Ravina Gardens Boardshort

Great Board Shorts!
The style and fit are great. I like that they are a little longer than other board shorts I have purchaed in the past. They do run a little on the small side, especially in the hips. The material is quick drying and with the added SPF50 built in, it makes it a real winner. I was able to swim, snorkel, etc. with comfort and ease. I liked the two pair that I bought so well I am going to purchase more. They look so stylish you can have them double as shorts so when packing you can travel light.

If you can't wear a bikini, get boardshorts!
Swimsuits, in general, are a tough choice for a grandmother. Bikinis are out of the question. At the other end of the fashion spectrum, who wants to wear those matronly one-piece things with weird prints. I chose Ravina Gardens Boardshorts - the Melonade/Koi and Black/Koi. With the 10" inseam they attractively provide the right coverup yet do not "drag" while swimming. Not to say they would not look unappealing on the youngsters! The Omni-Shade UPF% 50 sun protection is a bonus to my age group as well. And they have pockets. The fabric dries amazingly fast - just the thing for dropping into a roadside snackbar. What the heck, I wear them to the grocery store. If I had to chose a downside, they run a tad big - but not enough to change a size. I combined mine with the Pearl Bikini Top - spicy orange and black - they work great together with the Ravina Gardens Boardshorts. And I've not seen this, but a great idea for Altrec is to offer Boardshort/Bikini Top matching sets!
