Great for running
The 2 features I like the best are the long arms w/thumb holes and the 3/4 zip. It was 34 degress today and I just wore this with a warm fleece and was very warm. I didn't bring gloves and pulled the long sleeves to cover my hands (love this!). The zip is great to cool off. The arms keep your arms very cool though.. I think the body of the pullover does a good job blocking wind because I could feel the wind through my arms but not my core. I'll have to wait for a lot warmer weather to wear this alone though.. I never buy Columbia wear, but I was impressed. The fit was true to size.
