Comfy and warm
On my first day out skiing my hands nearly froze. Fortunately my fingers thawed enough for me to get on-line. The staff at Altrec helped me choose these Outdoor Research mitts and I'm so glad I purchased these. They're soft, cozy and warm on the inside without any finger dividers. They're easy to put on and I like the wrist straps that keep them dangling on when you need to remove them on the lift. They also have a pull to keep snow out, and another strap to keep them snug in case you're in deep powder (like I was today). They're trim but warm and all the material on the palm / hand side was just the right grip for holding poles. They're true to size. I'm thin but have long fingers and I wore Medium with good fit. (I'm 5'4, 120#). Since today is my first use I can't speak to the durability or if they pack out fast but for now, they're exactly what I wanted.

Great Gloves
These gloves are a perfect fit for a great deal. I bought them for a snow trip and they fit perfectly. The sinch at the opening of the glove helped to keep the snow out and your hands dry!

cozy, dry gloves
i purchased these gloves for my first snowboarding trip to jackson hole. i was very concerned that with poor circulation to my extremities i would have cold hands and therefore would be miserable. however, these gloves kept me very warm. not once was i too cold, nor did i get sweaty in them. at 5'5 and 105lbs, size small was a bit too big for me, but i only blame myself for not ordering xsmall; i would say that they fit true to size. also, as a beginner, i used my hands quite a bit which caused the leather on the palms to get wet, although i never noticed until i came in from the mountain and took them off. they dried out and still smelled pleasant by the following morning.
