Lined with coated waterproof nylon, the Foul Weather Rain Pants feature an elastic draw cord at waist and 14" leg gussets, allowing you to pull your rain pants on and off without removing your boots.

Another great US made product from Filson
I wore carrid these pants for a recent extended hike. It ended up raining for most of the day, and these pants kept me dry. They were very easy to pull over my jeans, and secure around my boots. They are a little heavy and bulky, but they will cleary last.
