The ideal pack for weight conscious backpackers and alpinists, extremely light and durable, the GoLite Pinnacle Backpack is a water and abrasion resistant ultra-light pack that can withstand the rigors of backpacking and mountaineering. Designed for the ultra-light minimalist, the Pinnacle is built with a comfortable foam back pad and hipbelt and lined with 3-D spacer mesh for excellent breathability and moisture wicking performance. A top-loading, roll-down design allows for the lightest possible design and still offers storm protection while a large front pocket offers maximum convenience at a minimal weight. With all the features of a much heavier pack, the Pinnacle even comes equipped with any internal hydration sleeve and ice axe loops.

Light weight and comfortable
This pack is definitely for the golite crowd. It is light weight but has ample space for bulkier loads. It is well made and comfortable. Not a lot of bells and whistles, just a simple, light, economical pack.

Best All Around Light Pack
This pack gets small, gets big, has clean lines, the right features, good fabric, and nice colors. If you want to simplify your gear and go light, this pack can do it all. I'd give it 5 stars but I haven't had it long enough to judge the durability.
