Anatomical shaping around the foot allows toes to spread out as the foot strikes, while a sculpted foot bed holds the foot in place on ascents and descents. I'm loving these!
The fit is perfect, they're extremely comfortable, and good-looking, to boot (no pun intended). This is my first pair of Go Lites but I'll definitely be putting them on my list of go-to for my next purchase. (I wear a 9.5 but the 10 was perfect for me.)

Great boot.
I wore them for the first time on a steep rocky climb. I did pre-bandage my heels with blister band-aids, just in case, but had not problem. Great soles. I can wear them with the the insoles them come or my own orthotics. Highly recommend.
