Reviews - Ibex Stretch Merino Glove Liner
Good glove liners
I have been wearing these liners under a pair of waterproof mittens and they do a great job of adding some extra warmth for super chilly days.
Comfortable well-fitting inner glove layer
Just enough stretch, just enough light warmth for excellent comfort. Material is soft; not too thick and not too thin. Like the unusual maroon/dark brown (aubergine) that goes with most anything and is also a nice change from black. Good workmanship on the pair I have. I usually have trouble finding gloves that accomodate my longer fingers even with the stretch fabric. Can't report on durability just now but they certainly haven't fallen apart with a few weeks of use including travel.
Great lightweigh gloves for dexterity
I use these Ibex gloves to provide a little warmth - combined with dexterity. I am a landscape photographer, and prefer these over other lightweight gloves and liners I have tried. I combine these with fleece fingerless gloves and Outdoor Research mittens when it's cold. Along with that I add chemical warmers. It's not a perfect system, but it's the best I have come up with after years of trying different products. The craftsmanship is excellent.
