Great Stove
I purchased the Jetboil Backcountry Gourmet Cooking Set a few weeks ago. Right out of the box I was able to attach the fuel canister fill up the cup with 2 cups of water light the stove and less than two minutes I had boiling water. The next thing I did was premix some pancake batter, heat up the frying pan and cook a pancake. I recommend oil, Pam or even butter on the pan first. I did not do this and instantly stained my pan oops. Other wise it turned out great I can't wait to use it on my Ozark hike this winter.

Easy to use AND fast!!!
I just used my Jetboil for the first time. I read the reviews about how easy it is to use and how fast it can boil water but it was even easier and faster than that. I put in 2 cups of water, turned around for what seemed like a minute to do something else and the water was at a full boil. I grabbed the neoprene sleeve on the cup while the water was still boiling and was able to hold it with no heat coming through to my hand. Amazing! I haven't used the pan yet but everything else is awesome and I highly recommend it!!!

so nice
It was so nice to get up in the morning, lean out of the tent, fire the Jetboil up in the vestibule and have coffee (with the optional coffee press) in a matter of minutes, without having to get out, stoke the coals, get the fire going, load up the percolator and wait 15 minutes for a cup of wake up. The pan I used once so far- scrambled eggs in the buttered pan- not good. Stuck like Tammy Faye's foundation. Not sure what will work in the pan- will update when I find something feasible. I'd like to add that the PCS-Personal Cooking Unit is great for road trips. Boy, I tell you what, you want a cup a real coffee an not the sock water you get at a truck stop and/ or gas stations- just pull over and you got a real cup o' joe within minutes. A cup of coffee that will do you good for the next stretch of the journey. 4 stars - 1 minus for the stick pan.
