Keen Men's Coronado Shoes

My Second Pair
I bought these shoes years ago when I returned to school and needed something narrow enough to fit on bike pedals and comfortable to wear all day. This shoe worked out perfectly and I found myself wearing this shoe all the time. After wearing them just about everyday for two years I wore through the sole and had a few holes in the uppers, so I bought another pair and I am now wearing this second pair just about everyday. I have found these to fit comparably to other Keens I have owned. My first pair I used with SuperFeet, but this second pair I am using with the regular insoles. Both ways works great.

Altrec beat the other online stores by a good $15 on these shoes, and shipping was fast and cheap. The shoes have much more toe room than I expected, and are made sturdily and well. They come with two pairs of laces so you can choose which color you like best (a light tan and a darker brown). The soles are relatively flat, so may not be the best in wet/slippery conditions, but the quality of the manufacture, the comfort, the style, and the price make them very easy to recommend! Thanks!

I have been using the keen coronados for about 2 weeks now and i am very satisfied. They look great and seem to be holding up very well and show no wear as of yet. The upper canvas material is very stiff however so if your ankles roll in at all it could cause a little bit of irritation for a few days. This also makes them more difficult to slip on and off without undoing the laces. The canvas shows no sign of breaking down. The traction is good in dry or wet conditions and the tread doesn't seem to be wearing much at all. The shoes run about normal length (compared to DVS shoes). The soles are pretty flat and have minimal arch support giving them a "slipper" feel.
