Good for What It's Made For
These pants are well-made and comfortable and easy to put on. However, Im not convinced that they will keep enough water out for whitewater paddling. The waist is adjustable, but no matter how tight its adjusted, leaves a gap in the small of my back that water can enter. I believe that they are great for situations where getting wet may be uncomfortable, but not life-threatening. Plus, they double as a great pair of waders for fishing! Just be sure to wear booties to protect the socks.
