Great Poles for the price
I have hiked before without poles but this time was so much easier with the Leki poles. They adjusted easily and are lightweight and easy to tuck into your backpack if you decide you don't need them. The Customer Service Rep at Altrec was very helpful and patient.

fabulous
I really appreciated having my poles on my first "high peak 4000 +" I feel it made a huge difference in my "after hike" experience. They also gave me a feeling of security and the carbon tips did work. My only complaint was the video instruction, they were not clear and I sort of had to learn as I went.

These Leki poles are perfect for boy scout hikes, although I do wish the handles were cork.
