I recently purchased this Marmot bag and although I have not yet had the opportunity to test it in the elements, the bag clearly displays quality worksmanship. The zipper works easily, the draft collar fits well, the cinch cord for the hood is readily accesible and easy to employ and the bag seems to have great insulating qualities. Being a synth bag, a compression sac is needed, but i bought this item with such an understanding. Regardless, when a compression sac is employed the package fits easily into the bottom compartment of my backpack.
