Paladin Backpack used for motorcycle riding
I agonized over this, wanted to purchase a pack that would replace my briefcase so I could throw it on my back and ride my motorcycle to work. This pack is exceptional. Good build quality. High quality water resistant zippers. LOVE the side access to my netbook. Straps are well padded and the pack feels good to carry. I am 6' 1" 220lbs and I am comfortable with it (a lot of packs felt short like they only clung to the upper part of my back, this one covers the majority of my back). Only negative thing I can say about it is that I wish it was a little bigger. This exact same pack but 35 liters would be perfect in my opinion. 30 liter is just a tad small. The lashing points are a major plus because I an strap extra gear to the pack, including my helmet case. Would definitely buy this pack again.

Great laptop backpack
I am that guy who researches every option before I pull the trigger on a product. What was I looking for when I selected this product? I live in Seattle and need a bag that can stand up to the elements (read: rain) and this bag excels in this regard. Also, I like to compartmentalize my stuff, so having adequate pouches that are logically placed and easily accessible is huge plus. This bag delivers in that regard as well. What I also wanted a durable, comfortable and aesthetically appealing bag from a manufacturer that I trust: Mountain Hardware delivered. This bag is rugged (well built), comfortable (adjusts easily to fit the contours of my body) and cool looking (mine is all black). I have actually received compliments from strangers on this bag - which is definitely a first. Buy it, you'll love it.

Stylish and Tough
Only recently started using this product but it got tested early by accidentally being left outside for a day of thunderstorms. I was surprised to find that the newspapers and magazines I had loaded it up with to try it on were dry as a bone. I guess the Palidin can handle rain. The features are smart and well constructed. It looks good and feels strong. I think this backpack will be a favorite for a long time.
