Awesome, Durable Pants
I purchased these convertible pants last year and have found them to be very durable. We have do a tone of hiking in all kinds of conditions and these pants have held up (even on the most rocky terrain). I purchased the Khaki and have had no trouble with keeping them free of stains. The only negative is that i have a small waistline and larger hips and find that the waist is a little big. I would highly reccomend. I love the so much that I am going to order a second pair.

Heavy duty hiking/climbing pant
These are a heavier material than the Yuma pant, so they work especially well in a colder/damp/rocky or brushy environment. They do run small though! So be sure and order a size up from what you usually wear in Mountain Hardwear (I am 5'2" 115lbs and got the 4 regular which fit great) I use them for hiking and backcountry climbing and am very satisfied with the performance and looks of these pants.

Run a bit long
Nice fit - actually fairly stylish. The shorts are more like pedal pushers, but very cute. These are the first pair of hiking pants I found that aren't so masculine. High quality craftsmanship and very comfortable. I am 5'4" and 110 lbs and took the recommendations of the others and ordered a size up. The 4 fits very well, however they are a bit long. I usually find that a petite or short length are too short, however with these pants, I think the short length would be much better - I may return them for the petite length.
