Wonderful purchase
I have enjoyed using this bag to grab quick to go to the gym. It has a side pocket to put my water bottle in. And a large compartment to put my iPad and books in .

Mountain Smith Bag
Great llumbar bag. Used while mountain biking, and absolutely great, no problems with bouncing while ridin, plenty of room for snaks, keys, camera, protein gels, etc.

I purchased the lumbar pack several months ago and it has been excellent!! The pack is light-weight, not bulky, and holds plenty of gear for a day hike. I like the waist/shoulder option.
