This is one of my favorite work out shirts. It feels like you're not wearing anything, the cut is flattering and I like the colors available. It doesn't ride up (a big plus) while I'm kickboxing or running. The fit is definitely form fitting, but even at larger sizes it's not bad looking. Thus if you're looking for something a bit more roomy, I'd go a size up from what you usually are. Since they are very stretchy, they are quite accommodating however. I got a L/XL and it's great (I'm 5'7 and 210lbs). I gained a lot of weight after a bad accident that left me immobile for a long while, so getting back to working out in clothes that didn't make me feel insecure or uncomfortable was very important to me. After buying one of these shirts, I bought three more. Highly recommended.
