These shoes got a workout!
I wore these shoes for the first time to hike St. Mary's Glacier in Colorado. The 3/4 mile trail to get to the base of the lake is all rock. The hike to the top of the snow, is all rock. And I hiked across the snow to get to the other side. GREAT shoes. Lots of support.

Happy with purchase so far
I was concerned about fit after reading other reviews. However, the fit was true to size for me. I usually wear a 8.5, and an 8.5 fit for this shoe. I enjoy the weather resistant exterior, plus the color is good for hiding dirt, since you are obviously using these outside a lot. The color does appear lighter in person than in the picture online. Happy with my purchase so far!

Great Preforming Shoe- Big Toe Box
This dry, sturdy shoe laces up nicely around the arch and gingerly cups the heel-fitting more like a trail running shoe than a lightweight hiking shoe (but performing nicely as both). The drawback for this reviewer is the toe box, which looks and feels really big- probably dreamy for wide fore footed multi-sporters. These seem to run a bit small...and they look pretty sweet.
