Good light-weight wetsuit style pants
As I'm not a big fan of wetsuits I wear these through the shoulder seasons instead. They do fit snug and both warm/dry very quickly. When combined with splash pants they offer ample protection on windy days. After one season the stitching is starting to fail on the ankles but overall well worth the money.

i PADDLE IN THE EAST BAY AND IT CAN GET PRETTY COLD. these are extremely comfortable and keep me warm. I don't mind getting wet and I can stay out longer when I'm comfortable.
