This stove also offers the stability of wide pot supports that fold around the burner for packing convenience and its serrated burner arms assure that the pan stays in place. Great, solid performing stove
This is just a great, well designed white gas (& kerosene) stove for serious performance. It's a little loud, but I like that...that way you always know if its on or not. Puts out good heat and is very stable. Overall, I prefer the optimus nova over the whisperlite. I've had some minor Quality Control issues with the stove, but ultimately for me, its the design the wins out.
