Outdoor Research Men's Exit Hoody

Awesome hoody
I've worn this hoody mountain biking, hiking, and just around town. While not wind proof or water repellent, it provided adequate protection in light snow and wind due to my favorite fabric- wool. Fit is generous, including sleeve length. I've washed it five times with Woolite in washer; it looks like new.

Nice Hoody !
Very nice hoody. It actually has a "dressy" look and can be worn almost anywhere. The wool blend gives it a more finished look than fleece or nylon. The wool also provides more durability than fleece which always compresses and thins after a while. My skin is super-sensitive to "wool itch" but this garment is not itchy at all. The only improvement would be an elastic draw string/cinch at the hem.

I bought 4 of these in all colors because I liked it so much. It's the best winter hoody I've purchased. The wool blend provides the right amount of insulation and strength. The hood fits great and I've got lots of compliments on how warm and cozy it looks. I like it because it's tough and very practical. It's sporty and dressy, so I've been wearing it to work and on weekends. Living in the Pacific Northwest, it's important to layer properly. This hoody fits great over a polo and under my softshells and hardshells. I think it's perfect as is. Only improvement I would suggest for future versions is to add zippers to the side pockets. Love this hoody all around.
