The best balaclava on the planet!
I've tried many balaclavas over the years I've lived in ski/snow country and the OR wind pro is the best I've found to get me through the really cold, windy days on my mountain known for its frequent "Breckinwind" conditions. A nice feature is the material is thin enough to fit comfortably under my regular helmet. A little pricey, but if you're looking for the best balaclava on the planet, go no farther.

Perfect for winter head protection
I bought this to wear under my motorcycle helmet. My helmet is snug normally but with this on it was tight. Not so tight that it was uncomfortable but close. Perfect for sub-freezing riding or maybe snowmobiling or other cold weather outdoor activities. Very well made and a mid-weight polartech. Kept my neck warm in mid 30's F at highway speeds. I think it will work fine into the 20's.

warm and wind protective
The Wind Pro balaclava is very warm without making one sweat. It fits well (not too tight so that one gets a headache). It needs to be worn with a hood over it on very cold and/or windy days. I ordered two to start and liked them so much I ordered two more. Definitely worth the money especially at the sale price. I've only had them for a few weeks so I can't comment on how well they hold up over a long period of time.
