Finally, an earband small enough for me
I can't tell you how difficult it has been to find an earband that isn't too loose for me. Not only does this one come in 3 sizes, but it also has an adjustable closure. I wore it today at a 5k fun run, with snow and a brisk breeze blowing. It worked perfectly. Because it needs to be snug to block the wind, the seam around the edge leaves an impression on your forehead but is comfortable nonetheless. I was so happy to find one that comes in a smaller-than-average size that I didn't care. I ordered the plum one, which actually is more magenta than it looked on my computer (very pretty color) and I might order another in black for all-purpose use.

Comfy head band
I have a fairly large noggin and the large fit it perfectly. This is a good in between type of head wear when it's too hot for a full hat but too cold to let your ears freeze. My only gripe (and it's a stylistic issue) is that my hair looks like complete mess when I wear it. But that's not important, it's warm, soft, and stops the wind. Like everyone else says it's a little hard to hear with it on, but that's to be expected. I wore it for 3 days while on a winter hike up the AT and it was nice. I'd sometimes wear a bandanna under it to offer my head some protection without the heat. It's so light that it can't hurt to bring it, just gives you options.
