Ready for anything, or nothing, the classic Patagonia Mens Baggies Shorts don't see much time in a dresser or closet. Their casual fit and water-repellent nylon (now slightly heavier to prevent see-through) suit them to a noontime dip in the stream, an evening stroll on the beach or a post-midnight game of hold 'em. A polyester mesh lining, self-draining pockets, and rear snap pocket adorn its longer length 5 inch inseam. The regular fitting Patagonia Baggies Shorts for men are recyclable through the Common Threads Recycling Program.

True to the game!
Patagonia men's Baggies are still being made today because they seriously are the short that lasts the test of time. They are the only short that I will always pack with me, no matter where my travels take me. They are the short that you can wear in the river, on a run, or climbing all day. They dry quick, are durable, and have a great fit. Note though, the name of these shorts are "baggies," thus they do have a bit of a baggie fit. More the merrier. If you're looking for that one pair of shorts to always have ready, then you might want to get 4 or 5 of these. I've done just about everything in these shorts, and there are many more adventures to come where these shorts will be a key player.

Great shorts
I have friends who have owned these for a while, but I've never had any myself until a few weeks ago. I am thoroughly impressed with the comfort and quality, obviously by the scores I gave them. I have other Patagonia products that can vouch for the durability score, but since I've only had these for a few weeks, I held off on giving them a 5* for durability. Bottomline, Great Shorts!, buy them if you find them at a price you can afford.

Workhorse Shorts
These are some of the toughest shorts around! I have purchased many pairs and they seem to last forever. They are worn for everything from hiking,yard work, trail running and swimming and never seem to wear out. I highly recommend them!
