Patagonia Women's Capilene 2 V-Neck
A lightweight, fast drying, high-performance v-neck long-sleeved tee ideal as a next-to-skin baselayer for mountain biking, trail running, and climbing in warm to cool temperatures.
Capilene? 2?s open knit offers maximum breathability, superior wicking and the fastest drying time of all our Capilene fabrics. Worn on its own, it will help you to stay cool and dry during high-exertion activities in warm conditions. Worn under layers, it wicks moisture away from the skin and helps to insulate. The top?s self-fabric neckline is feminine and feels soft; flat-rib panel-piecing under the arms and on the sides eliminate chafing. Raglan sleeves increase range of motion and comfort beneath pack straps. Fine thread detailing and flat-stitch construction offer ?barely there? seaming that won?t chafe or snag on overlayers. Made from 4-oz polyester (54% recycled) that?s 100% recyclable through the Common Threads Recycling Program. With Gladiodor? natural odor control, and a slim, feminine fit.

They can be worn anywhere.
I love the Cap2VNeck. I have 4 in different colors and I enjoy wearing them to work and workout. They are comfortable and they dry fast.

nice and lightweight
If you already own capillene, you know how great it is. If you've never been brave enough to cough up the cash for the expensive gear, it's time you have. This is a great all-around lightweight layer. I am 5'6" and 140 lbs and ordered a medium. It is a little roomy and next time I'd go with a small for a closer fit and easier layering.

Great completion of my capilene collection!
This piece has a very lightweight feel and seems to wick moisture just as quickly as the capilene 1. (Because of the weave it even seems a little lighter than the capilene 1.) I have liked it so far for vigorous activity in the summer i.e. running, hiking 14ers, when the mornings are cool, but the days are much warmer. As you might expect from a lightweight fabric, it can snag and has started to wear a bit under my pack straps. Though for all the abuse I have put it through, it looks great and has stood up admirably. It is quite sleek looking and my roommate is always trying to "borrow" it. It is a great layering piece, but if you are looking for something very warm, I recommend the capilene 3 or 4.
