Love the warmth!
I have several pairs of capilene 2 and 3 baselayers, but the older I get, the colder I seem to become!! I finally bought these for a trip to Canada (skiing) and they worked perfectly - not too bulky but extremely warm. And they work great as leggings under skirt.

Perfect Baselayer for tall women!
I've been looking for a non-bulky and warm baselayer for skiing and am so happy to have found this one! I am 5'9" and 140# and the medium fits perfectly - I have long legs and these pants are long enough (YEY!). The inside of the pants is super soft (and warm) and the outside has more of a smooth finish (so it won't stick to top layers). I wore them skiing today and they were perfect. Highly recommend these!

Best Cold Weather Baselayer
After tent-camping for a week in the Smokies in early/mid November, I was so very glad that I had the Cap 4 baselayer!! It got down to 20 degrees outside and 32 degrees inside the tent. I wore the baselayer to sleep and then, layered my hiking clothes over it in the mornings and I stayed warm and toasty. Soft and comfortable, NOT bulky....easy to layer over. Smooth outer material finish made sleeping and moving in sleeping bag a breeze. Well-made and good fit. No "low-riding" on the backside noticed. Highly recommend for cold weather.
