Keep 'em warm & dry
My dogs have the kind of fur/hair that snow sticks to and balls up on their legs and chest. These coats keep them warm and when you take the coat off no matter how wet the snow, they have remained dry. Should fit snug like a wet suit. My girls love them, the coats are very stretchy which gives them a lot of freedom to move. It is very important that you get the zipper properly locked. Caution: there may not be enough clearance for male dogs - they cover the whole underbody up to the rear legs.

SNUG FIT
I bought 2 of them for my Rat Terriers - we live in Arizona - but we have a cabin up by the Grand Canyon and it gets really cold in the winter. The fit is nice and snug - I use the soft harnesses too and you can fit them over this coat quite well. They are very well made. I expect them to last.

Great fit!
I ordered this mainly because it was recommended by Altrec and because my Boston Terrier gets very chilled in cold weather (we live in Wi.) It fits very, very well. I can't in all honesty comment on the warmth factor because it's summer!! Thanks to Altrec for carrying such a wonderful line of dog coats.
