Ruff Wear Flat Out Dog Leash w/Hoopie Collar

Rein in your pooch or let her run all out with the six-foot long Flat Out Leash and Hoopie Collar combo. The lead offers multiple configurations, including a hand leash, waist worn leash or reined-in traffic handle adjacent to the E-Z snap hook attachment. The Hoopie Collar features separate ID tag and leash hardware attachments to eliminate the jangle of metal tags and snap hooks. Both components are made from flat nylon tubular webbing built to withstand up to 4,000 lbs of pull. Now you're running (or potentially dragging...) with the big dogs!

  • Flat nylon tubular webbing on collar

Excellent
Ruffwear always has great gear. Adjustable so you can wear it around your waste and keep your hands free.

Some great ideas were incorporated into this collar/leash set
The ability to secure the leash around your waist or a tree is an absolute necessity. If you don't know that now, you will realize it after you start using the leash. Sure you can loop a standard leash by threading through the hand loop, but this one won't slip wider and fall down to your ankles. Also, the short loop by the collar is a great idea for getting the dog under control in a tight situation. As for the collar, I like it a lot too. I didn't see the point of keeping the tags on a separate ring, but it is actually nice because tags don't clutter the D ring when you put the leash on.
