I can go as long as I want!
I love Ryka shoes! These didn't disappoint me. I'm around 200 lbs, and walking is part of my exercise program. I ordered these shoes in my regular size of 8 1/2. They fit me perfectly. There is plenty of room in the width and toe part of the shoe. I overpronate badly!! I was looking for a pair of shoes that would help me, and I did. These shoes have minimized any discomfort that I feel when I walk or do aerobics for any length of time. Now, I can go as long as I want. They are very comfortable and provide that extra cushioning that you need when you are doing high impact exercises. I really like the way the sides are cut lower than other cross training shoes I have had. This helps in the comfortability of the shoes, and I think that they would help any person with low arches like I have. I really recommend these shoes. Your feet will really love them!
