Smart wool is the best
They really work.I spend year round fly fishing snow or not its cold in the winter and insulated boots I still need something else and these work.
Smartwool liners are the best
My husband wears liners and wool socks every day to work. He has tried several brands of liners, and finds that Smartwool makes the absolute best. He's a size 10 and finds that they fit just right. He says the socks keep his feet dry and warm all day. Better still, they last like crazy. I bought him some Smartwool liners three years ago (and each pair was worn at least once a week) and they are still in excellent shape. Other liners didn't fare so well -- the elastic stretched out so the socks slide down too much and get bunched up in his shoes. The Smartwool liners, on the other hand, keep their shape and the elastic is as good as it was when I bought them. The only reason I bought more is that I didn't want to have to do laundry enough to keep the three pairs of liners that he loves clean! Now he's got 6 pairs, and he's a happy camper. An excellent liner that will last and last.
excellent boot liner
Purchased for my wife, who loves boots but hates most socks under them. She says these are perfect: they are thin, they are warm, and they wick effectively. Too early to tell about longevity, but other Smartwool socks have lasted well.
