This glove is good as a liner inside of another glove. If you don't use it soley for this purpose and wear it on its own, after a while, the material starts to pill a lot. You can't touch this glove on the sticky bands of most outdoor items or it will stick and removal will mess up the fabric of the glove. That said, the glove is like a magic glove and will fit most size hands. so you can go one size down.
