PERFECT!!!
You can not get a better bag then the Box Shot from north face. Half of what i own seems to be north face and this is by far the best backpack i have EVER had. plenty of room for books and other items in main compartment. the laptop compartment is very padded. the 17 inch laptop is a tight squeeze but a PERFECT back pack. worth EVERY CENT!!!!

great bag lost of space yet compact compressible
Great bag, lots of space, yet compact compressible by tightening straps to it stay close to your back- what I like the best is the security of the laptop compartment- padded tight structure. It doesn,t run the length of the bag, it stops short with padding underneath so you have a little insurance should you forget your laptop is in there and drop it less than carefully on the floor.
