The North Face Men's Snow Beast Boots
If you prefer a hiking boot profile over the Frankenstein appearance of traditional snow boot designs, you'll appreciate the styling and durable, waterproof performance of this Men's Snow Beast Boot from The North Face. Compared to bigger winter boots, the Snow Beast offers a casually refined suede upper appearance that's equally suitable for urban streets and crowded ski day lodge parking lots. It features a waterproof suede upper surrounded by a durable NorthLight EVA shell. Compared to hiking boots and conventional trail footwear, The North Face Snow Beast is moderately lightweight, weighing in at a little over a pound per boot. Part of the reason for this reduced heft comes from the use of a midfoot internal nylon shank instead of a traditional steel shank. Along the sole is an aggressively-lugged TNF Wintergrip for superior traction on ice and snow.

My bf loves it!
I bought it as the Christmas gift to my boyfriend. He loves it and wears it those snowy days. He said it was warm and comfortable. I will recommend it!

solid waterproof boots
I'm a university student and I was looking for a pair of nice-looking and warm waterproof boots for slugging around in rain and snow on my way to class and between classes, etc. I wanted to spend as little as possible but still get something that would last me a while and would be comfortable and warm if possible. I found just that in these boots. I do not normally buy shoes this expensive, and it is the first North Face brand item I have ever purchased, but I have been very impressed by the performance I've gotten out of these shoes. The only iffy thing is the suede-ish sort of top part is not the ideal material for boots like this, but they are normally covered by my pants so it's no big deal. If you want boots that are just waterproof and pretty warm, this is a good bet. They will get you through puddles and snowdrifts dry and intact, and for my money, that is what matters. And they look pretty striking to boot.
