Reviews - Timberland Men's Earthkeepers Hookset Handcrafted Fabric Oxford Shoes
Very happy with this purchase!
I was very pleased with the quality and the comfort of the shoe. I also like that it is ecologically manufactured. I shopped on other websites and found that Altrec was the best price and the delivery was very fast. Overall recommendation for the shoe and the website.
If you've bought a pair of timberlands before, than you know what to expect craftsmanship-wise--that is to say very well crafted. The Oxford shoes I bought did not disappoint on that count. This is the second pair of Timbos I've bought with the earth keeper insoles, which are super comfortable. An interesting design feature, and, as far as looks go, what really makes these shoes, is how the tongue is continuous with the upper body, folding in at the lace rivets.Considering buying a second pair in a different color as my designated skateboarding/river shoes that I won't have to worry about getting trashed. I suspect they will hold up fairly well even with that kind of punishment though. We'll see.
