Wildernet Launches New Site Design.
Wildernet.com has a new look and feel and better navigational tools to aid the user in finding their area and activity of interest.
ASPEN, CO - March 1, 2002 - Interactive Outdoors, Inc., owner of Wildernet.com, has launched a new site design for Wildernet.com. "We are glad we dedicated the time and resources to give Wildernet.com a face-lift. It has improved the overall Wildernet experience - ease of locating a particular park, area or activity combined with the depth and breadth of outdoor recreation information Wildernet has aggregated over the last seven years," Bob Rankin, chief executive officer, stated Friday.
Wildernet has a new color scheme, search feature and content organization. Descriptions are found on the left side in the "Trip Planner" sections and useful outdoor gear, relevant guidebooks and maps are found on the right side in the "Marketplace" section.
