Wildernet is providing Yahoo! Sports Outdoors with detailed information on the country's outdoor recreational areas.
ASPEN, CO - Dec. 6, 2000 - Interactive Outdoors, Inc., owner of Wildernet.com, has launched a content syndication partnership with Yahoo! Sports Outdoors. "This partnership with Yahoo! allows us to better accomplish our mission of sharing our experiences in the great outdoors. We want to improve people's lives by exposing them to the opportunities found in the outdoors," Bob Rankin, chief executive officer, announced Wednesday.
Wildernet is providing Yahoo! Sports Outdoors with complete coverage of all state parks and beaches as well hiking, camping and other activity descriptions for National Forests, Parks and Monuments throughout the country.
"(The Wildernet) partnership is one of the most enjoyable working relationships for us here in yahoo! sports," Susan Nesbitt, Yahoo! Sports Producer, announced Wednesday.
