General Description

A good day use trial for wildlife and scenery opportunities. Can be combined with the Switchback Trail for access to Rim Drive on the top of Lands End. The trail is primitive with signs and blaze posts for reassurance for visitors. The trail is for hikers and horseback riders only. No motorized vehicles are allowed.

Directions from Grand Junction: Take Hwy 50 east twelve miles to Lands End Road. Take Lands End Road northeast for 9 miles to Kannah Creek gauging station.
