Report: We RV camped at Beaver Lake twice last year. The site is secluded as it is 20+ miles south of Highway 50. Fishing is generally good as Beaver Lake is often stocked. Continue south on the forest acces road to Silver Jack campground and lake. Continue farther to go over Owl Creek Pass (Much of True Grit was filmed here) and on into Ridgeway. I highly recommend this camp ground and area. Treat it with camp during your visit, it is precious!!!
