Report: This is one of the most beautiful places I have ever been. There are three excellent loops to this campground. We stayed on the lowest loop. The upper two loops are the prettiest, but you can't go wrong with any of them. The campground was virtually empty-maybe three or four others were occupied in late July. The hosts were wonderful. We took the hike from the campground to the nearby lake with our three small children (2,5&6) There is a nice little waterfall on down the road-drive, don't walk. And many beautiful hikes are close by. Some of the most incredible mountains are past the lake, a short drive from the campground. It is quite a drive to get to/from the main road(50) and supplies, so bring everything you need! A beautiful spot!
