General Description

These two roads provided a loop jeep road on the west side of Saguache Park. The road begins at junction with Saguache Park Road (Forest Road 787) at the north end of Saguache Park and ends at junction with Middle Fork Saguache Road (Forest Road 744) approximately 1 1/2 miles west of Stonecellar Campground. Water is available in the North Fork of Saguache Creek. Several good campsites exist along this road. Saguache Park is a very large dry park with livestock grazing on the major uses. Stonecellar Campground located near end of North Fork Road.

Directions from Saguache, Colorado: Approximately 33 miles west of Saguache along Highway 114, turn south on county road for approximately 4 miles, then east on country road for 1.5 miles to the Saguache Park Road 787. Continue south on Saguache Park Road for 8 miles.
