This trail loop system is located near the northeast corner of Rocky Mountain National Park. It has three access points. Many hiking, backpacking, fishing and even horseback riding opportunities are here.
Directions from Estes Park: Access #1: Travel east on the Devil's Gulch Road about 10 miles. 2 miles east of Glen Haven, the Dunraven Glade Road is marked with a "Forest Access" sign. Follow this road north 3 miles to a public parking area equipped with a stock loading ramp and corral. The trailhead is marked
Directions from Loveland: Access #2: Take Hwy 34 west. At Drake, take the Glen Haven Road to the right. Follow this road about 6 miles to the Forest Access sign.
Directions from Fort Collins: Access #3: Travel west on Hwy 14 to the Pingree Park turnoff (30 miles). Travel on this road south for 1 mile pas the Buckhorn Canyon turnoff. The trailhead is on the east side of the road.Buckhorn Canyon is also accessible east off the Pingree Park Road and west off the Stove Prairie Road.
