General Description

This trail begins a few miles past Redfeather Lakes and continues to the Laramie River Road. During the fall and spring vehicles may be on the road. From the top of Deadman Road, snowmobilers may access the Sand Creek, Green Ridge, Nunn Creek, and Fire Tower area. Both the Green Ridge Trail and the Deadman Road are groomed by the Poudre Driftskippers Club.

Directions from Fort Collins: Travel 20 miles north on Hwy 287 to Livermore; go 24 miles west on County Road 74E (Red Feather Lakes Road) to the Deadman Road Trailhead.
