Follow the trail to the left as it forks and walk the ridge line to the summit of Mount Rosa. Foot, bike, and motorized vehicles are permitted on this trail.

The trail may also be accessed from St. Mary's Falls Trail. The steep switchbacks at the 6th mile make this a challenging route. The round-trip mileage is 12 miles.
