General Description

Parking for the Mount Cutler Trail can be found within the North Cheyenne Canyon Park. The trail leads one mile southeast to the canyon rim. This route provides good views of Seven Falls and the terrain southwest of it. If you continue following the trail to the east, as it wraps around Mt. Cutler, you'll get great views of Colorado Springs and the Broadmoor area. This is a short, easy hike; a good place to take out-of-town visitors who aren't interested in working up a sweat.

Directions from Interstate 25: Drive south on I25 through Colorado Springs to the Tejon Street exit. Turn left from the exit ramp and continue to the first traffic light. Turn right on to Tejon Street at the first light. Turn right at the second light on Tejon. This is Cheyenne Boulevard and it will lead you to the entrance to North Cheyenne Canyon Park. Turn right into the park and drive 1.5 miles to the well-marked trailhead.
