General Description

Crystal Creek Road is located west of the West Creek area. A series of motorized trails are designated in this region for ATVs and motorcycles. Intermingled with the motorized trails are 4 WD roads. Crystal Creek Road is one of these roads. Mining and rock hunting activities are evident throughout the area.

Directions from Highway 24: Travel west on Highway 24 from Colorado Springs. Immediately east of Lake George turn north onto Trail Creek Road, State Highway 94. Follow the Trail Creek Road to its intersection with Crystal Creek Road (Forest Developed Road 201). Alternate access is past the Forest Service work center, from the Cedar Mountain Road (FDR 360).
